Schedule: 7:30AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and ensure they are routed properly.
- Perform client intake and notify staff of client arrivals.
- Enter patient information accurately into our databases.
- Assist with the management of volunteers alongside the volunteer coordinator.
- Follow appointment and cash handling procedures as established by management.
- Maintain a neat and orderly clinic lobby.
- Process lab results as assigned by the Practice Manager.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance service quality.
- Promote effective working relations and teamwork.
- Work within a primary care medical home, applying a team-based approach to care.
- Attend safety training programs and adhere to safety procedures.
- Report any safety concerns promptly and follow exposure control plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Possess a pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls or patients simultaneously.
- Efficient and accurate data-entry skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer use and experience with multi-line phones or switchboards.
- Basic math and filing skills may be required.
- Capability to manage multiple deadlines and make decisions efficiently.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse patients.
